Gift Cards sold on bargainsexpress.com:

• Are valid until 3 years after the purchase date.
• Are not reloadable.
• Are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
• Can not be issued instead of a refund.
• Can not be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Can only be used for purchasing products from bargainsexpress.com.

Additional information:

• Please take notice of any expiry date applicable to the card (if applicable). 
• No refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.
• The value shown on the Gift Card includes any applicable taxes.
• Where an order's value exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, you must pay the balance in cash.
• If you loose your Gift Card or need it resent to you please contact us via our "Contact Us" page. We are not liable for any lost/stolen/damaged Gift Cards or redemption codes unless a fault or a damage in the Gift Card arises due to our fault.

SECTION 26 - STORE CREDITS

• Store credits expire after 6 months from the date of issue. Unless otherwise stated in any promotional materials or elsewhere by us, store credits issued for promotional purposes, or otherwise at our discretion (including for goodwill purposes) will expire after 3 months.

• Store credits are not redeemable for cash and can not be used to purchase gift cards. Where a minimum spend applies to any promotional event on the website, store credits do not count towards the minimum spend totals.
