International Delivery:

Items offered on BargainsExpress.com are available to almost every country in the world. We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

Delivery Times:

Please note that the estimated delivery times on the product pages are estimates only and are calculated based on the information provided by our suppliers, as well as the latest courier performances. Actual delivery times depend on a lot of factors such as customs, courier performance, delays due to the Covid-19 situation and other factors or delays outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates commence from the date of shipping and do not include 1-3 business days processing time. Orders items are usually processed within 1-3 business days from the time full payment has been received. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please note that you may receive your items longer than what have been noted as the estimated delivery times due to factor out of our control. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort for you to receive your items within 3-30 business days from the date full payment has been received by us. If 30 business days have gone by since the time your have made full payment for your order and you still haven't received your item please contact us via our "Contact Us" page.

BargainsExpress provides shipping from our suppliers in US Europe & Asia by our freight partners Some of our shipping methods are ePacket, EMS and USPS depending on the weight and size of the product. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. 

Worldwide:

*BargainsExpress offers free shipping worldwide (excluding heavy items). Estimated delivery times do not include 1-3 days processing time. Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carriers control. 

Tracking The Status of your Orders:

One you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email and/or a text message from us which contains a link to view the status of your order. You can visit this order status page any time to track the status or your order. If you have created an account with us you can also login, simply head to the "My Account" section to view your order history and track the status of your orders.

You can track the status of your orders by visiting the "Track My Order" page on our website. You will need your order number and the email address used for the order.

• Re-sending the item/s, or
• Full refund via the original payment method.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. 

Free Standard Shipping:

• Offer valid only on orders placed at bargainsexpress.com.
• Offer is limited to stock on hand and back-ordered items, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Offer limited to standard shipping.
• Free shipping does not apply to large/heavy/bulky items unless otherwise noted on product pages or during the checkout process.

Delivery Exclusions:

Some items may not be available for delivery to the some remote regions. In such situations you will be contacted and issued with a full refund.
